Store Policies Return & Exchange Policy Sorry we can not accept return on all adult toys & sensual products. If the product is damaged during shipping, then please return your merchandise to us in it's original, unopened and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. Sorry we don't offer refunds, only exchange is allowed. We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction. Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be double charged for the new item and the old item you are planing to exchange. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping + handling fee of $12 per item. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges. *All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. If the package was lost during the return shipment, we do not hold responsibility. It's your responsibility to insure the package and have tracking # when you return the item back to us. Please note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 14 days of the shipping date , has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All toys, sale, personalized, custom, special occasion + formal wear and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We allow one complimentary exchange per item.
